About Anthony June...
I am a designer born and raised in Houston, Texas. My career spans as a graphic designer, marketing manager, and creative director for companies and non-profits including the Houston Chronicle, KPMG, Trimble, and MHP Salud. I've also extensively provided creative for projects of all sizes for several clients as an independent designer.
I've always felt that I have a natural eye and sensibility as a creative, as art and design feel second nature to me. From as early as elementary school, I enjoyed drawing logos of my friends' names and my favorite bands. It was when I was in junior high that my grandmother was the first to suggest a career as a designer, and her advice always stuck with me.
I completed degrees from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art (don't fret horn-downers, my Dad was an Aggie!). In addition to my career as a designer, I have spent time as an art teacher in public and charter schools as well as teaching private lessons in several kinds of art.
Beyond design, I'm blessed to be a doting family man and love playing on my guitar (a metalhead shredder with some classical training) or recording music.
